Jeffrey,

Your concerns are valid. You hit the nail on the head with your deployment worries. If WAVE Systems does not achieve fairly widespread deployment then we are all dead in the water. I attended the the SF road show and sat next to a principal in a bay area equity fund and when it was all over I asked him what he thought. To make a long story short he said basically "sounds like a good story but they are nowhere until they can achieve mass deployment". There you have it. The real money guys are waiting to be sure that Steven and Peter are able to achieve this mass deployment before betting any money on the company. Most of the longs on this board as well as The Raging Bull are long because we are confident that management will be able to achieve this level of deployment to be successful. In my opinion Wave does not need to achieve 100% market penetration but can get a much smaller portion and still be very successful. I now return to my earlier statement. Look at management, the technology, and the market and make your bet. I have and so have a lot of the other longs. In the end you are right however. If WAVE never deploys then there will never be any revenue and the stock price will wither.

Cheers
