SNMM is Alone (Reason #2) According to Police, payouts where received from Starnet from Vancouver (Canada). This does not help them, from what I understand of the law. In case of Cryptologic, payouts are sent from Toronto, BUT, here, Cry always been VERY careful to structure their E-Business/E-Commerce side "Alone" of the rest. In this case, Cryp is acting has a E-Business transaction agent (like CyberCash, etc) here by charging and paying what is due to member of an E-Business transaction over the Internet. This is CRUCIAL in my mind, and this will keep any Govt. attorney far from trying to fight this, since, it is perfectly legal. Structure is everything. Now! What's next???
