Tip, I know the feelings. I remember the old Bridge Machines when they first came out. They were great tools for tracking stocks and options and, as they were very expensive, gave us an advantage over players who couldn't afford them. But, you often had to enter a code 26 digits long to get the right page and one typing error sent you back to the start again. And, of course, they had no user's manual. Finally, the head of equity trading at American Capital got so sick of training junior traders on the machine that he wrote a user's manual, which was by far the best thing written on the machine. Sometimes innovative folks go 90% of the distance with a revolutionary product and that just doesn't cut it for most users.
