Joel: By your criteria, I was a good candidate when I had RK. I was ~ 38; my vision was 20/800, and corrected to 20/20 in one eye, 20/40 in the other eye (this was done intentionally and is called "monotherapy"; the intent is to avoid the need for reading glasses, which Joel referred to). Six years later, my vision remains very good, I don't need reading glasses, I don't wear contacts or eyeglasses, and I am pretty thrilled. This vision allowed me to follow this thread, buy Q starting April 23, just ahead of that $50 dollar 1-day advance, and to buy along the way, with an average gain of 70% (including the shares I bought last week). So, you see, I think corrective vision for $2400 was well worth it. Stan
