Ken--I agree completely; The aggressive move to substantially lower commissions for daytraders makes perfect sense to me, and I believe will be a great tool for expanding the customer base of frequent traders. I have a fairly good-sized portfolio, but since I don't daytrade (or even month trade...) I don't add much revenue to E*Trade--bringing folks much more aggressive than me on board makes a good deal of sense, and I believe will ultimately work to shareholders' benefit...

What would your definition of going well be? no raise, 1/4, what if it's a 1/2?

It'll be 1/4 with a watchful eye, so what does that mean?
