Just another question, though. Is it true that I've heard it'll run on FAT 32 ?

Yes, Windows 2000 supports FAT-32.

My hard disk is on FAT 32, and I can't run Windows NT 4.0 since it doesn't run on FAT 32. This is the reason why I can't wait until the release of Windows 2000.

If you want to run NT but can't because your HD is FAT-32 then buy Partition Magic from PowerQuest (http://www.powerquest.com/). Among the myriad things it lets you do to your hard drive is to convert FAT-16 to FAT-32 and back, which no Microsoft tool will do for you.

I am a very happy user of this tool.
