Joan, Not only do they have puts on Treasuries, but they cut back the US bond exposure severely just before the current dollar weakness. However, that hasn't prevented the discount from widening.

I am pretty much happy to sit around and collect fat premiums on this one and buy more if it hits $8. I don't know if it will bottom while the Fed's raising rates, but after the stock market collapses, it will be a huge winner, IMHO. Right now, it is just a huge bargain for income investors.
