Mr. Graham Whitmarsh reports Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. has appointed Vicki Catterall to the position of vice-president of finance and chief financial officer,
effective Sept. 1, 1999.
"I am very pleased to welcome Vicki to the Mercury team," said company president and chief executive officer, Graham Whitmarsh. In addition to providing finance, accounting and information systems leadership at Mercury, Ms. Catterall will have responsibility for securities commission and exchange filings and compliance, investor
