Blankmind, here is further support for our $44-47 valuation.

For those of you who have not seen our valuation calculation of IDTC, you can link to it from the blankminds post to which we are replying above.

From CBS Marketwatch story:

=====
"Friedman Billings Ramsey analyst Riyad Said said shares of Net2Phoneparent IDT are "extremely undervalued."

Based on its ownership of 57 percent of Net2Phone shares and a value in the low to midteens for its core long-distance business, IDT should be trading in the low 40s, about 20 points above its current level."

Having said that, we are a little nervous about current NTOP values and took some more profits today in the $53 range. NTOP needs to hold in order for premiums to be bestowed upon IDTC. Spike on NTOP has been largely on the backs of small shareholders with avg shares/transaction at approximately 300 for the last few days. Todays's close was 10% below the intra-day high, which has not been the norm for NTOP.

Long-term, we believe NTOP and IDTC have more legs to go. IDTC is also fast developing their "Net2Dine" product to capitalize on current notoriety of NTOP. Overall, they are making good moves.
