This BBRS matter stinks to high heaven so I just sent this e-mail to them <<You are I am sure aware that BBRS stands
front and center in the spotlight of a scandal
that has caused EXTREME harm to those
that follow your investment advice.
I am of course pointing directly at
the gross scandalous fraud perpetrated
by Sabratek and your one and only
Dr.Wade King stands out as the one
table pounding idiot that kept saying
buy SBTK and thus pumping up the stock
price.
I,hereby,state I have strong suspicion
that Dr.Wade King is not actually an
idiot,but in fact a non-innocent participant
in this grotesque scam that has left
many of your clients financially crushed.
It is my belief that if you do not
cover the losses of your clients you will be
subject to a class action lawsuit.
This Sabratek scandal has,you must be
cognizant of,has made you BBRS a laughing
stock and has severely tarnished your reputation.
As it should,because you permitted
Dr.Wade King to run loose and bang
the drum for this cruel fraud,Sabratek.
Shame on you.
And unless I see press releases making
apology regards this, and an investigation of Wade
King being commenced,I and others will
speak with scorn regards BBRS and
advise they be avoided as they can't be
trusted.>>

Why does Sabrateke still trade?
They are not current with their reporting in the extended period, which appearently ended as of Fri. Why isn't it halted? Is the nasdaq sole responsible for that chickanery?

Other companies got an extended halt when they didn't file timely or ultimately got delisted (See: CANDE, ERGBE, MPAAE, ITSWE...)

Can the sabratek heads be imprisoned? Do they have to buy back stock with the money SBTKE still has?

Can BBRS held responsible for delivering erronous and unbased reserch reports and recommendations? Why does BBRS not react?

Where are the lawsuits?

SBTKE trading should immediately be halted, the stock delisted - it does not serve any public interest but only to unload more shares at the residual value by the insidrs and other stickholders
