Raging Bull thread seems confident that the company will announce (either today or tomorrow) when the shareholder meeting will take place.

Speculation that shareholders will be asked to vote on the much talked about merger.

You would think that the buying volume would be a lot higher if the merger deal is all that great. News almost always seems to leak out before these announcements.
