Qcharts OK

I've been using them for a few months now. Yes, they had a few hangups the last few weeks, but certainly fewer than MBT had when I was an MBT customer.

Furthermore, the folks at Qcharts give every indication that they are trying to do the right thing. Their only problem is the seemingly inescapable one that they share with every new company on this field: they appear to sign-up new customers faster than they expand their resources necessary to handle the load. In particular, I am thinking of their tech support.

So, although good intentions are no substitute for fulfilled expectations, it's important to realize that there is NO similar company which provides satisfaction on all fronts. Qcharts, imho, is of particular value to those for whom bandwidth is an important consideration. I am limited to 56k access, so bandwidth is very important to me. If I were on a T1 line, then perhaps Qcharts would not be so attractive to me.

In my experience: for the best hand-holding tech support, try MyTrack; for the least bandwidth-intensive service, try Qcharts; for the most sophisticated charting/TA, try MBT; for the fewest connection/data-feed problems -- well, I have not experienced such a service. For the best of all these factors in a single service, try Fantasy Island.
