There was a great article about the FCC and their support of a non-regulated broadband policy which came across bloomberg this evening. Nothing really new except a reiteration of a hands off policy but it did not wind up on either ATT's news page or ATHM's. Too bad really because it was a very supportive article from Kennard.

very few towns have multiple CATV companies competing for a given customer. Subsequently @Home is the only game in town if its served by an @Home associated MSO. However other MSOs have branded their own BB service.

Perhaps charter is not an @home MSO?
