I don't actually think SVGI will be going bankrupt anytime soon, it's just weird to watch new people speculate the same happy things the previous batch of SVGI posts did, with similar prognosticative success.

As far as a take-over, Morgan has said in the past he wasn't looking for a litho group. That was a while ago, though, who knows? I'll only go so far as to buy the arbitrage--I'm sure the mad rush out of SVGI would leave 12% on the table the first day. :)
