Some food for thought - an excerpt:

"..Fed critics contend the world economy is still too fragile to embark on a series of rate hikes, especially with American manufacturers and farmers struggling to cope with lost export markets..."

In my opinion, farmers would indeed be hurt - especially in light of the numerous drought areas in the U.S. this year.

He sounded the exception - no rate hike today. Just a "tightening bias' & a continued wait-and-watch view.>>>>>

Angell was one of the only that correctly predicted a rate hike with a change to neutral bias last time
