Sorry KG4 but I have been working on a lot of things and have not read the board. I will try to get caught up on whatever.

Yes, they have had trouble paying their vendors and yes they had no money because they lost three major clients last year. One because of undercutting the price. So e-DMEC sunk most of what they had in a server and the new offices with warehouse space. The have people sharing the space and paying rent which is an overhead cost reduction. They lost 3 clients last year and are trying to get more.

Also if you notice James did not sell any shares. He believes in what he is doing so I would assume he used a lot his own money. Anyway...

Both the K and the Q I warned people about being not good at all. I remember coming on in February telling everyone the float was 35M and OS 56M. Why because I went through the filings and calculated up all the options, warrants and debentures. The OS has not changed since I did that. They even made a change in the K because I pointed out that I could find no definition in the K for the 3M extra. So an amendment was done bringing it back to 56M ... (the S-8) had not been filed yet.

Yep, they got inventory they had to take a loss on. That has been in the filings for a while now. Most of it was stated in the Q's earlier. There was not that much that was a surprise to me from the previous filings. Heck they even had a 0 cash basis in the Q, but they have paid all their employess and me, which would account for the conversion to the vendors.

I would like to know where you could buy the products e-dmec sells cheaper. Could you be more specific.

The disclosure of the deals in the releases ... well you have to get the permission of the client to release their name in a release. Also since some deals have been undermined and the loss of 1 major client last year the company is reluctant to just release who they are doing business with but they do put it out in the filings. ALso the SEC attorney, Carr, follows the disclosure rules to the letter.

Diamond puts out releases and does not play off their clients name. They do not ticker spam and they do not get overly verbose. They are at a critical point in the turn around and being extremely cautious as to what they release. Can you blame them? I guess you can if you want to.

The last releases where a client was put out was Walgreens and AAFS which you are not aware of turned out to be not to wise ... Then Costco was released on the website and not even in a release and you see what happen there (please read the new S-8 concerning the Club Store retailers). Whether you wish to believe it or not .. sometimes putting out your clients in a release only hurts you for future orders. Especially if you are trying to turn the company around.

I look for press releases on webhosting or rather I did and undermined a few. Welcome to beating the competition out. I did not need a sells force ... just the information to know where to target. The name is not imprtant it is the order, the money that is the news not the client.

I once told a friend I had gotten the Pizza Huts and Chick-filets here in Atlanta. I had a contract and was preparing to rock and roll. That person told their son who told his friend who told his dad who went the next day and cut my prices by 10% across the board ... I received a cancellation on both contracts. Welcome to business 101 and TMI (too much information).

I understand your frustration but the company is coming off the floor after being totally nailed by losing those three clients. Being overly cautious may not set well with some but since not releasing the clients there has been no futher complications.

Hope this helps but I cannot control nor see a problem with the company policies of trying to protect there client base.
