<OT> Dr. Jacobs Quote>

Jacqueline Townsend Konstanturos, founder, president and chief executive officer of the firm said, "We wanted an environment that
would enable the incredible team we have assembled, to continue to carry out the mandates of our clients. Irwin Jacobs of Qualcomm
provided me with one of my favorite professional philosophies, "Hire the best then get out of their way." We"re building on that to say,
"hire the best, provide them with the best-possible workconditions and atmosphere, then get out of their way." Part of our decision to
relocate to the Seaview Corporate Center stemmed from the outstanding facilities on-site. We really had in mind the overall happiness
of our employees. We wanted to create an environment that promoted not only professional success, but physical and mental health
as well -- Seaview"s swimming pool, tennis court and workout room will greatly enhance the health and well-being of our employees
and contribute ultimately to our continued success," Konstanturos concludes. The CEO, along with General Manager Bernhard
Schroeder, had a close hand in designing the office space, including curved walls, customized office windows, and a unique color
scheme.

"I have been the "White Goddess" of the Tonga "Cargo Cult" ever since I crash-landed here 62 years ago", says Emelia Earhart, our newest Quillionaire, "and the natives have really been restless lately.. This windfall will make it easier for me to supply them."
