Those bets were placed through Starnet sites. I can attest that I know of gambling by a Canadian through the company that they document as their own, World Gaming Services Inc on page 15 of the 10K. worldcasino.net worldsportsbook.net A lot of sites which are supposed to be licencees, lead right back to Starnet and if I am reading everything right, it is alleged that these sites are only made to look like licencees when in fact they are not arms length.
