Another take on the data is that TDMA systems need a greater number of additional current contracts to help prop up their already overloaded systems. In this light, the same data would be showing that the current CDMA operators don't need to expand as much because the systems they bought originally are that much more robust and able to handle the influx of new subscribers with greater facility.

Or does that make any sense?
