i think the earnings will really depend on how big the float really is.. but the bottom line is that it should add bettween half a cent to three cents per share.. not bad for one film on a 4 cent stock. with may other projects underway i think the future is bright fro mvee.. i dont really see the need for this merger.. it would be better to just do a reverse and get it over with.. but there seems to be lots going on, and i wouldnt be serprized to see mvee end up with a lot of "internet " distribution rights to movies.. as to castnet .. who cares.. hasnt shown any upside at all.. i guss the takeover is really a reverse , but i just dont see the value in it.. i would be much happier to see a 5 for one reverse..imo
