Skeets, It sounds like the mgt. of the parent is somewhat on the slow side. I can't think of one reason why employees at a sub wouldn't be considered for jobs at the parent. Just stupid. And cancelling the picnic is the sort of thing that even irritates the easy going people who like to go with the flow. Dumber than red brick fences.
