Penny, EMail Glenn right now.I just received a reply from him to my questions:

Dear B.
Thank you for your support.
Our approach has to be broad in order to deliver our plan. There are many
sites that offer local trade resources but none that offer the international
scope of ProNetLink.com. Certainly it is more complicated for us to build
it, but we are and it is working.

I need to address your second question in a multi-part answer. First, I
believe that investors are missing the point by focusing on the number of
registered members. Personally, I believe that having over 2,000 companies,
not individuals, from over 50 countries at this point is ahead of our
projections. With the national TV ads hitting in June, we had a large up
tick in members in July and August. Some of these members are still in
their trial phase and are using the site regularly.

But the key element that you have to remember is that there are four revenue
streams for ProNetLink.com of which subscriptions represents only about 25%.
The important thing is that the site is maintaining over a million hits per
month which drives advertising revenue. The industry standard is about
$28/1000 views. And our hit rate is very good for a B2B industrial site.
We also get commissions on all alliance sales on site and our number of
onsite alliances keeps growing.

And finally, we launch our broadcast center in September and we project a
major revenue stream from that function since it is available to all
businesses to watch free of charge.
The summer is the slowest time to market a global business and most of our
alliances have been closed for weeks. Given that, we have done pretty well.
We have targeted all marketing and promotions to begin in September. Our
international offices will also begin selling at that point. This will be
the first time that all sales efforts will be hitting in unison.

Don't forget that we have the UN event coming in September and this will
help PNL get even further into the global marketplace. So, while it is good
to see the memberships climbing, they are not the single focus of the
company. There is a much bigger picture that we are focused on and we are,
country by country, building our network. Our PR team has been getting
interviews for us on a regular basis and they are starting to show up on
www.viavid.com, Export Today and the Journal of Commerce.

Today, the Go Network picked PNL as one of the 6 best B2B trade sites.

When you look at the total picture you see that ProNetLink.com is expanding
into many areas and that is what separates us from the competition.
Sincerely,
Glenn Zagoren
Chairman
ProNetLink.com

Glenn,

First, want to let you know that I think you are doing a great job and I
believe in your business plan. Two questions: How do you respond to the
criticism that the approach is too broad? What is the backup plan if the
paying member numbers don't reach what you are expecting? TIA

B. Scola
