I don't think so but there could be. I am not privy to the rumor mill. There has been a few ideas kicking around from news reports. Speculation drives the market.

Unless HBC is in a buyout situation The ETN situation will
not be good for HBC or Sears. Liquidations will be done
until November which is right in the middle of the best
part of the year for retailers. Here comes another year
of low margin christmas sales. HBC cannot afford this .
