1, .50 had been in the market when it hit 8.15 two weeks ago.
It's been going down as early as last week.

2, Actually y2k is almost history among big funds. Y2k is an
interesting topic for media hype. Whoever wanted to take
their money out, already done so by July. There'll be small
volatility, but not much by year end, imo.
