My feeling is that there is something afoot in TCT's boardroom. I'll be posting my findings hopefully tomorrow. For you John, and any who share the same concerns as I, rest assured the news will come sooner, rather than later. After all, this is a public company that we are shareholders of and that is why we vote to appoint auditors and officers who carry the fidiciary responsibility. The deadline for financial reporting has been extended, and now we patiently wait for the facts. Are we ready for them????...

Most of what I see are innuendo, hints and speculation. Here's one fact concerning insider trading. I spoke to the Alberta Securities Commission last Friday. I was told that there had been no insider trading reported since 8th February. This should clear up that point. I have the impression that the low stock price is the consequence of fear and cynicism feeding on themselves. I hope that is all it is. But if any one has any definite information that has a bearing on the situation, whether it be good or bad, let them speak up. John
