To all:

Good morning.
I just stopped by one second to say hi to everybody.
I'm away for two weeks (Uruguay), and not happy at all.
(I have to pay Internet and phone by the minute. :}

About the 10Q, we all knew bout it, so what's the big deal.?

I will be worry if the next one is bad, but so far nothing is wrong.

I will keep checking the thread and My Track every other hour and only for few minutes. :}

Boy I hate these charges by the minute. !!!!!!!!....:}

Elio

Not only that Greg but here are two things I was looking for and found them.

10K: As of June 30, 1999, there were 59,782,521 shares of the registrant's Common Stock outstanding.

10Q: As of August 9, 1999, there were 56,806,529 shares of common stock outstanding.

Difference: -2,975,992 A reduction in outstanding shares This means the float is probably reduced 3M also so instead of 29M it is 26M.

10K: The Company filed a Form S-8 on May 19, 1999 registering the 6,000,000 shares of common stock for these options. On May 20, 1999, the Company received $150,000 in cash for the issuance of the 3,000,000 shares and $150,000 from the cancellation of convertible debentures for the consideration for issuance of 3,000,000 shares of as a result of the options being exercised.

SO it has good and bad points in it. Everyone should have known it was not going to be good. It was not a secret.
