nokomis..I lost, I didn't want to be maudline but I had 1,000 going in long and 500 in short. That short was a lot of lost money. This time if I go in short it will be for 300 or so. I know I'm a better trader long. My shorts are now about 50/50 down from 80/20 successful. Although the gain is more the equation is wrong If I'm Up 3 I end up up 1. Some good shorts I had this month but in the last few days, except for CMTN and a little in CARI, I didn't do so hot.... But I won't quit, because I know I did well with puts, I just have not to be influenced by others.
