Well they read these boards so here goes a tip... HEY Warren Management CAN BUY! ... If you were fully reporting then you just file a form 4 ... Since you are not reporting you can buy and when you get reporting you just file a form 13D. I doubt a any of management has even close to 5% of the outstanding in restricted shares. I smell consultants that did this deal if anything. Maybe the SEC will do a disgorgement of profits if that is what it turns out to be. But most of these guys would not be so blantantly obvious as this. They would not want to risk and investigation by the regulators. :-) GB
