I hope that he is right! Look at Lee's charts. I'm thinking (expecting) that we add 10 points to the s&p today. That will take it to the 1370 trend line. If it takes a break there, pulls back (I can only hope that it pulls back 30 points, but I doubt it.) I'll jump in for the next run to 1400 or beyond. I know it won't last. But I want to be in on the last leg up. Bel___ (?) says down second half of Sept. Does he say how much?
