Don, You'r right. The August date that I picked has come and gone. I picked that date because I believed that no announcement about a partnership would be made until PARS had completed the final segment of the Phase II trial. It is taking a bit longer than we thought at the time. If memory serves me, they have completed enrollment and are now waiting time to lapse for the final follow up. There is a very remote chance that a partnership agreement is in place. If I were a potential partner for HU-211 development, I would want an escape clause in my agreement pending results from this final segment of the Phase II trial and I wouldn't want the agreement announced till then, assuming one were in place, until I'd gotten a look-see at the results just to cover my backside. This is all rank speculation on my part.
