Absolutely right, George. The standard response by almost any analyst when a stock reaches his 12-month price target in 3 or 4 weeks, is simply to raise his target by another 40%.

Sell? Hell no, his investment banking firm might get upset with him because they wouldn't get any more business from THAT company.....

BP
