What kind of control does Loral have over LM's preferred stock? I had the impression it can't be publicly traded without Loral agreement. Considering the relative valuations of G* and Loral, lately, suggest BLS make a deal to trade LM's Loral preferred for some combination of G* PIs and GSTRF common. LMart could get some liquidity, solve it's antitrust problem, and Loral would effectively buy back Loral stock at presently depressed levels with (relatively) inflated G* currency.
