The Internet advertising and marketing firm designs and maintains some 3,300 Web sites for dealerships around the country, including more than 50 of the largest dealership groups in the US. Cobalt also provides data management, advertising, and marketing support for its clients. It operates Web sites DealerNet (searchable auto listings), PartsVoice (parts locator service), and YachtWorld (yacht sales listings). Co-CEOs Geoffrey Barker and John Holt started the company in 1995 after working for Internet publisher IVI Publishing (now OnHealth Network).
