I already told you before. You can put down any country of residence you want outside of Canada and the U.S, but Starnet's system claims to match up the unique country credit card numbers against the billing address of the credit card. Guess what , it doesn't. So who is lying?

They may say that they are licencees, but if you look at their domicile names on Whois, you will see that they are registered to Starnet; aztecgaming.com, silverclover.com and I-casino.com.
