RedHat has the name and first-mover advantage as far as public visibility goes... I personally think bn.com beats the pants off amazon.com when it comes to service as an online bookseller. It doesn't matter. BNBN is 18 while AMZN is 122. Yeah, I know AMZN sells a lot of other stuff, but they also lose tons of money, etc., etc., and chances are extremely strong that if they were still just concentrating on the bookselling business, they'd still be kicking BNBN's butt. Why? First-mover as far as visibility. It's a HUGE factor with internet stocks, and RedHat's advantage will be no exception. The rest of the Linux packagers for the most part will be seen by the street as "me too" companies whether the perception is justified or not. RHAT low 80's soon IMHO :) Chop
