Yeah I read about chopping... Do not believe for a second that is what is going on here. Convertible preferred is not either. Shady consultant shorting against his cert through Canada ... that I would believe. He could still say he hasn't sold a share but puts the cert up for risk management and short the fire out of it. Now that I would agree with ... Also since it is coming out of Canada I do not know just how much influence the SEC has in Canada. Not much I know of since I have been trading. :-) GB

Good thing nobody took GaBard's word that it was a great value. If there was a dime for every post he made (matched by the company )this baby would be flying. However, all his D&D seemed to prove that very little, if nothing at all was being accomplished by the company. With the exception of spinning straw into gold. ;^) TG

Jeff, I've got good news. I just checked with the New Mexico State Board and they told me that helping Ga Bard make a fool out of himself is not considered to be "in the performance of professional duties." So I am ok unless someone is paying me to do that. If someone is paying me to do that I will have to make out a report about how big a fool he has made of himself and put my seal on it. In that case my client or Ga Bard might have some complaint depending on how foolish he really was. On the main topic. Did you ever see what Orex paid to Santa Maria mining? I couldn't find it in the press release. Did they give them cash or stock? Tim
