Mike, If that is a standard AT case witha standard mobo, take a look on one of the mobo threads and see what they offer in a standard AT mobo shape factor. They are a few P-II made that way as well as Celeron ones and the AMD boards as well. I suspect you will need to get new memory as well as CPU and mobo. check www.pricewatch.com and you will get a sea of CPU/Memory/mobo makers to choose from.
Get a brail setup, as after you go blind from that there moonshine you may need it. SInce good 'shine is worth only $20 per gallon and an upgrade to 450 with mobo and ram will be $300 or so that is 15 gallons.
If he has an all in one mobo with a funny footprint you may need a new case. In that case go for an ATX case and buy a good video card. For the ultimate in cheapness try some of the all in one mobos(sound, video on the mobo)
