This line pretty much sums up the credibility I give your post.

"I am neither long nor short and have no vested interest in it's performance"

then don't bother sending out your sentiments. I question the motives of any person posting who is only concerned for his fellow man as it appears you are.

I am glad you got it off your chest, hopefully you will go back to lurking indefinately.

maybe you want the price to go a little lower so that you can buy in???

What really concerns me is you seem interested enough to dedicate your last 6 SI posts to the topic. None of them appear particularly objective, either.

With reference to your comments:
1) It's not like mining stocks at all. They are showing a product at these shows, not trying to develop one. Miners look for the promise of a product to sell. You don't go to these shows to say "We're hoping to develop this product some day and we hope it will look like this!"

2) 4 evaluations a week according to Owen in early June. I believe there are sales to be announced, but that is just what I believe. As for competition, we can't believe that Dr. Bean is the only product out there. There will always be competition and we can't believe that others won't secure customers before we do.

3) I thought you said there were 'zero' reported sales. Do the competition have deals with very minor players too?

4) Yeah, the new hires are interesting! Why would one leave a high level position in a secure company to come with a company with no product and no sales? Why would 4 or 5 people do it?

5) I'll look for some financial info for you if I get a chance. Let me warn you, it will be very different than what you will see next quarter.

6) This is pure conjecture, not unlike me saying I believe the larger sales are coming soon!

7) To you it seems to be window dressing. Then, you really should demo the product. Ask yourself, why there is a PP for $8,000,000 for window dressing. Even Junior mining companies can get PP's together but $8,000,000 is serious coin to be playing with.

All the best with your interests and hobbies

Dave

WBC, After reading it you do not understand how the DC area is a great place for startup Internet companies? Or is it you do not know that Sideware is newly established in the DC area? Whatever...

WBC, as per your prior posts you speak "bear" without proper thought. Perhaps your motives lay somewhere else than investing...buying a stock.

True there are other companies that are further down a development/product path than Sideware. If you like those companies then go buy their stock. I prefer to read the signs of an emerging company and buy before the low risk, low yield point. I watched and bought at 30 cents. You did not. I'm sorry. I have bought recently at $1.70 because my 2 years of research on Sideware points to the value much beyond $1.70. We have already been over each one of your points and you still speak as a bear. Whatever your motive is...I have never seen you add information. That is why your posts get flamed on this board. You are content free.

So if you will not take advice from anyone on this board, I invite you to take your own advice:
