Does anyone know the time of the Fed announcement? I've heard both 2 and 2:30 EST.

Ya the move is in the larger caps, 23 stocks make up 65% of the
NDX market cap 13 up 10 down, the other 77 stocks only make up
35% of the index , 47 down 29 up 1 unchanged.
Total NDX A/d was 42A 57D and 1 uc; BIG hitter was MSFT..& also
holds the most weight in the NDX.
