James, The NYSE NEW LOWs closed at 107 which is a deterioration from previous days with the DOW closing flat(down 16). If the NEW LOWs closed at the same level as yesterday (74) with the DOW being flat then I would say that there is no change. Im more inclined to say that we are just hitting a pocket of improvement in the NEW HIGHs/MORE and my now deteriorate some from here. Again, Im calling for a trading range, with the possibility of a a few or only 1 sector setting new highs. Will one of those sectors be the SOX. seeya
