Given that it is now obvious that the fed's increase had been priced into the market, I think we would have seen the new highs for SUNW Charles was talking about if not for that stupid injunction story. And it wasn't what actually happened that stopped it; it was how the press chose to interpret it.

Frustrating.

The end result, whatever it is, will certainly be noticed by the DOJ in the anti-trust case.

The market moves on emotion just like everything in the world. Has nothing to do with fact or smarts. Wished it weren't so.
