you know I never saw that pull down or maybe I saw it but didn't think to use it ...I don't know..all I knew is the frequently asked question thing wasn't where I was used to seeing it so I guess I assumed it was gone....another case of trying to teach an old dog a new trick....Bryan B should get the opinion of people who never looked at the old site and then they would all say they love the new....it like the poor guy who builds custom houses...he has to deal with all these problems while he builds the house with the new owners saying everything is wrong and wanting all these changes.....mean while the builder next store builds a spec house and someone comes along, sees the finished product, loves it and moves right in...both builders make same profit.
