T, the question who are the "deep pockets" on the other side fighting them? Are they willing to stem the tide?

As the market continue to rise as VLNC continues to decline 2 things are happening.

First, those who have challenged the pie in the sky prognostications of the VLNC "cult" have had their analysis validated by the market and by time.

The fact is that over time the most objective judge and the only one that counts for share price is concluding the VLNC "cult" has been flawed in its judgement. This is satisfying vindication given the personal taunts from the VLNC "cult" members.

Second, on Yahoo and here there is a tacit capitulation even among the most fervent of the VLNC "cult" that the financing obtained by VLNC from CC was under stringent terms and was from a position of extreme weakness. Here is one post on SI acknowledging the CC floorless strategy.
