ADBL - Redhook or anyone, I'm still holding this from yesterday.. I'm not familiar with this stock, is the $15 a heavy resistance? or if not, a price target of 18 by the end of the week?

anyway, it looks like we have buyers coming in after 3:00

PSINet acquires online credit card
processor

Washington, DC, Aug. 23, 1999 (The Content Factory
via COMTEX) --

International Internet service provider PSINet Inc.(PSIX),
said it had entered into a definitive agreement to
acquire Transaction Network Services (TNI). TNI
processes more than 20 million credit card
transactions per day from two million businesses,
reportedly handling over 70 percent of the electronic
point of sale transactions in the U.S. PSINet - focused
on providing Net service to companies - plans to use
TNI's technology to bring more businesses into
e-commerce. PSINet said it will pay $720 million, half
in cash and half in stock. "This transaction enables
PSINet to better access the $1 trillion marketplace for
ECommerce services," said PSINet chief executive
officer William Schrader.
