<<Give me a couple more days>>

Days? Days? Isn't this cyberville? Aren't things supposed to happen instantaneously? Isn't this Silicon Instantaneous. You mean that it still takes humans to make things run. :)

I suspect most would not be too unhappy with weeks so long as they know it's coming.

A volunteer group might also be a good idea for some of the "appropriateness" issues. Then, again, maybe not.

Well its not completely my brain, for some reason except for on the home page of SI, the top SI navigation pulldown bar is placed completely off the screen about 2 inches out...it should be under customize and portfolio but nope its not there...instead it is only visable after I hit the toolbar arrow and bring the right side of the window into view....funny thing is the one at the bottom is right where it should be but since thats way down at the bottom that ends up being off the screen too so never saw that one either.

One more thing didn't the go2net logo use to be a pulldown so you could go directly to other gnet sites or was that only on the gnet homepage I forget...anyway that would be a nice feature

Bryan is the new SI running @ full speed yet? If so it's much slower than the classic SI.

Could an option be implemented in the "Custom" or "Portfolio" sections of navigation to allow users to choose how tickers are listed in portfolios instead of the alphabetized default which currently exists?

----------

Do you want the entries in this portfolio to be defaulted to an alphabetical listing? (If "No" then tickers will be listed in the order that they were manually entered in the window by the user.)
__ Yes __ No

----------

The option could be provided for ALL portfolios listed via one customization, or the user could turn this sort function on or off for each portfolio. This would be great as I personally list some of the portfolios in alphabetical order while others are listed in varying orders depending on interest.

Also, when the portfolios are defaulted to be alphabetized, indices do not appear at the top of the portfolio (such as "COMPX" and "INDU") which is inconvenient.

Also, an option to include various indices as part of customized portfolios would be a nice feature and would allow one to alphabetize tickers independently of the indices chosen.

----------

If you want a particular index/indices to appear in this portfolio, select it/them from the list:

XAU __
COMPX __
INDU __
.
.
.
etc.

Do you want these indices to sort to the top of your portfolio? __Yes __No

----------
Thanks... :)

P.S.
Can't we pleeeeeeease have the colorful Stocktalk racetrack picture back at least on the Stocktalk pages? :)
