Phillip if you refer to my sentence "management has been known to fuck up every outfit" and the use of the term "fuck up", I learned this term from American Gentlemen (officers) during the late stages of WWII, when they explained to me what they meant by "SNAFU", these words were in no way directed to Suzanne, nor aimed at denigrating her, and that language for mismanagement has been accepted at the highest levels of management I have been associated with.
