If it don't sell. GUMM will never get another order and depending on the distrubution agreements, may even need to take product back.

Judging from Albertson's 9 reorders despite zero advertising last winter that would not appear a problem but I wouldn't argue with the "never get another order" logic were they unable to sell.

"Toast" is an unsolicited opinion (albeit no less valid than Bill's three minute due diligence). Probably too harsh a description even if Zicam were not accepted in the market place, since other products already are (and sales of gum products are growing conservatively at 50%). However, it would be terribly disappointing to the growing faithful and the stock price would certainly falter badly.

I don't blame anyone for not believing in GUMM that doesn't know Gary Kehoe or in ZICAM that hasn't tried the product. But perhaps it would be prudent to locate the product since it is now in Kroger's, Eckerds, Albertson's etc. and soon will be in Walmart, Kmart etc. Then test it on your next cold. If it doesn't work for you then for about $10 bucks you have done your due diligence and you can short the stock until the cows come home...

If, on the other hand, it does work for you as it has for thousands of people, then you may hesitate to predict "toast" any time soon and save yourself the aggravation of wondering if you missed a great "short" opportunity.

At least then you would have an educated opinion and be far ahead of Bill.

Just an idea.

Michael,

<<<Either way, my best observation is that they're toast,>>>
