Anyone know if EquityAlert(EINC-non-reporting BB)is being paid shares of TSIG to push the stock? Couldn't find any disclosure on their site or in their pr's..DD

Where on their site do you see it mentioned??

They do have "Traders' Consensus" areas ... so maybe an individual mentioned it?? If so, that can't be considered an endorsement by the site itself.

Besides, the new rules say any promoters cannot be paid in shares.

Oh geez. "Push the stock" ????

That's a low blow even for you!

They've merely reported active stocks, Ditch.
But you knew that, didn't you?

Again, though, any "promoters" (which EINC isn't for TSIG) for companies can no longer be paid in shares.
And you knew that too, didn't you?
