Whooooooaaaaa! Doin' the dive-ola below 320 baby. Looks like refiners are making the switch to heating oil. We still have one more big driving holiday to cut into gasoline inventories.

Germany wants to keep oil prices from going to 30. Bully for the blondies. #|:o}}}}

Now of course some one will find some kind of bearish spin! Good, let's keep that wall of worry HIIIIIGH!

Hmm ... those Crude stocks are getting down there: per API:

Week ending 8/06/99 323.073
Week ending 8/13/99 319.828 down -3.245, & down -25.310 from same week in 1998
Week ending 8/20/99 315.755 down -4.073
8/20 distillates up 3.140
8/20 gasoline down -.197mm

At this rate, if we bought all that German oil at their staggered auctions, we might about stay even.
