this is then a profitable vehicle for athm? since cable is already in place and has customers This is why we are here Susan, because ATHM is a profitable vehicle. I know as a trader its a hard concept to grasp, but in the long run little stuff like that matters <g>. The customer churn rate (rate that people turn off the service) for @home is lower than the death rate. I like to say that people are refusing to die so they wont have to give up @home.
